Selfimoji does not use uploaded content to create public profiles without user action.

When you upload a selfie or facial image to use identity-based features, Selfimoji processes that image to generate a facial representation used to personalize your generated content.

Important disclosures regarding this processing:

• •Raw facial images submitted for identity-based features are not permanently stored by Selfimoji following processing.
• •Facial representations derived from your images are retained for a maximum of two (2) hours following your generation request, or deleted immediately upon completion of the generation job, whichever occurs first.
• •Selfimoji does not build or maintain persistent facial profiles tied to your identity beyond what is necessary to provide the Services.
• •Selfimoji does not sell, license, or share facial data with third parties for advertising, identification, or profiling purposes.

Facial image processing occurs on Selfimoji's servers. When you submit a selfie, it is uploaded to temporary storage, analyzed using automated identity verification systems, and deleted in accordance with the retention schedule described above.

By using identity-based features, you consent to the processing of your facial images as described in this section.

Selfimoji may utilize third-party artificial intelligence providers, cloud infrastructure providers, content generation services, analytics providers, payment processors, and other technology partners to provide and improve the Services.

User content may be processed through automated systems to generate images, videos, creative content, and other outputs. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

Users may create:

Generated outputs may be stored temporarily or permanently depending on service functionality and user settings.

Users retain ownership of content they upload to the Services.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to upload and use content submitted through the Services.

Users may select available actors, templates, scenes, or creative assets offered through the Services. Selections may be stored to improve user experience and maintain generation history.

The Selfimoji mobile application may collect analytics data in accordance with platform permissions you have granted on your device.

Upon verification of the request, Selfimoji will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize applicable personal information, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, contractual, and operational obligations.

Certain information may be retained where required by law or necessary to protect the security and integrity of the Services.
